Sign up:
You may sign up by phone or on our web site. Shortly after sign up,
you will be contacted by e-mail or phone and must verify information
before
we can begin your service. You are not required to sign a
contract. An extra
clean up fee may be charged if your yard has
not been maintained regularly. This
is quoted by the service person
upon the first visit and only done with your

The quality of service will suffer if there are obstacles in your yard
such as river rock, decorative stone beds, weeds, leaves, tall grass
and debris that will cause a "camouflage effect" making it difficult
to find the poop.
Billing calculation:
Your bill could change slightly from month to month depending on your service day or days.
For example: January of 2008 has 5 Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays,
but only 4 Sundays, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
So, if your service
day is Tuesday, and you recieve one visit per week with one dog,
your bill would
be $60.00 plus 6% tax for January. But if your service day was on Sunday,
your
bill would be $48.00 plus 6% tax. As you can see, if you lose your invoice
you
can easily calculate your monthly bill by referencing your last bill and using this formula.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your service at any time with a phone call.
We do request that you cancel within at least 24 hours of your next service call.
If you cancel by e-mail and do not receive an e-mail verifying that your account
has been cancelled you must call us. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected
e-mails canceling your service. If a service call is made and you have not received
verification of your cancellation you will be required to pay for all service calls made.
Payment:
We operate on a prepay system. All extra clean up fees are due
upon
completion of service. (if an extra clean up is not required it will be waived).
You
will be left an invoice for that month and you can pay it at the
time of your
first visit, mail it in or pay on the website. Your service
will only begin after
payment is received. Your next invoice will go
out on the 15th of the month for
the following month (for example you
will receive your February invoice the 15th
of January) all invoices are
due on the 1st of each month will be charged a $10.00
late fee if received after the1st. If you send in your payment without your late fee it
will be added to your next invoice. You can mail in your payment or pay it online

link. If you do not receive your invoice by the
20th of the month you must call
or e-mail and we will resend it to you by e-mail
or we can fax or mail it to
you. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected invoices.
If we do not receive your payment by the 1st a second notice invoice
will be e-mailed, mailed or left at your home by your service person with the
$10.00 late fee included. Your account will also be suspended until your payment is received.
Extra charges may apply if more than a week has been missed.
All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 returned check fee.
All
invoices over 60 days past due will be turned over to a collection agency.
